Civil Engineer, with a specialisation in Structural Engineering, from the University of Concepción, he has been with Pares&Alvarez for more than 20 years. In his beginnings in the company he was Project Engineer, Head of Civil and Structural Specialty, Project Manager and Deputy Manager of the area, assuming as Engineering Manager in January 2017.
With more than 100 relevant projects in various areas of engineering and project management, in different areas of chilean and foreign heavy industry, with a focus on meeting the goals and objectives, managing and leading multidisciplinary teams of people, always looking for the greatest benefit in relation to experience, quality, time, cost and satisfaction of clients and shareholders.
He has a diploma in Project Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, always ensuring the development and improvement of the professionals who have been in his charge, obtaining excellent results throughout his professional career. He has a positive attitude, motivated by permanent innovation, continuous improvement and continuous improvement, which allows him to always seek the best solution to the challenges, objectives and goals.
