Mechanical Engineer (MSc) from the University of Chile, with more than 38 years of experience, he took over as Development Manager of Pares&Alvarez in 2021, with the objective of supporting the national commercial management and the internationalisation of the services offered by the company.
During his career as an executive, he has held positions in administration, maintenance, operations management, sales, project management, engineering, commissioning and start-up in areas related to mining and mineral processing, being responsible for the initiation, development and management of Business Units, as well as successful projects and major modifications to operating plants in Chile.
In his last role, as Regional Director of Metals South America for Hatch, he was responsible for the different projects in execution in the Region with direct supervision over the offices in Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Chile.
Today, not only is engineering work done with fewer people, but any task in the industrial sector requires fewer people, more specialization and greater automation.
The executive has more than 38 years of experience in several industries and has knowledge of chilean and Latin American engineering.
