CEO of Pares&Alvarez since January 2017, he joined the company in 1998 as Head of Processes. In 2000 he was appointed as Engineering Manager, a position he held for 16 years, where he was responsible for ensuring the development of people, the optimisation of resources and the fulfilment of the area’s objectives.
With 35 years of work experience and 23 years working in the company, he has developed technical, administrative and commercial skills, contributing to the growth, diversification and development of the strategy and business of Pares&Alvarez.
Chemical Civil Engineer from the University of Concepción and representative of Chile in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics in the rowing team, he has led and developed more than 100 projects in different areas, organisations and industrial sectors.
