To continue with the positive results after the opening of our offices in Peru and Australia, Mario Escudero recently joined our firm as Development Manager. He will be supporting our business development group in the internationalisation of the different services offered by our company.
With a vast career in the Mining and Metals field, Mario Escudero, points out that he seeks to promote and explore new strategies in order to attract new businesses to the company, both domestic and overseas. He values that Pares&Alvarez has different lines of work to deliver comprehensive services to clients, from project inception to implementation and start up.
“My first objective is to support our commercial area to help strengthen the position of Pares&Alvarez in Chile, and then, together with our teams in Peru and Australia, develop new relationships and seek business opportunities in America, Australia and the rest of the world. We have the capabilities and experience to develop studies and projects in a wide range of industrial sectors and regions”, says Escudero.
The executive, with more than 38 years of experience, has held roles in governance, operations management, sales, project management, engineering, maintenance, commissioning and plant start-up.
Until recently he served as Metals Regional Director of South America for a large global company and was responsible for the overall results of the business in the region, with direct oversight over offices in Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Chile.
