Pares&Alvarez performed the support of disciplines engineering, with the purpose of fulfilling a role of owner’s engineer, in order to ensure that the EPC contractor met the quality and safety objectives required by the project. It considered verification of the consistency of the project engineering, compliance with CAP rules and standards. Additionally, construction management was carried out as a support in the relationship with the EPC contractor.
