Basic and detailed engineering in the disciplines of processes, mechanical, piping, electricity, control and instrumentation, civil works, structural and 3D models. In addition, assistance was provided in site engineering, supply of equipment and materials, fabrication and construction.
The EPC was developed between 2012 and 2013, for two storage silos (750 ton) and compact systems for preparing lime milk (8.6 ton/h), the concentrator plant and roasting plant. In addition, the interconnection of services to milk preparation systems from the existing piperack to each of the respective systems was carried out.
Finally, connections were made to the concentrator’s electrical and roasting room (underground duct bank) and the connections to the concentrator’s control room and to roasting room (signal repetition via fiber optics, underground duct bank).
