Conceptual, basic and detailed engineering in all disciplines; management of procurement of equipment abroad, archaeological survey and obtaining related environmental permits.
Pares&Alvarez provided development of conceptual engineering, estimating the investment needed to carry out the project. Subsequently, basic engineering, in which the required process was defined, detailed engineering in all the disciplines and the management of procurement of the equipment abroad.
Along with this work, the Environmental Department of Pares&Alvarez, worked on the archaeological survey and the obtaining of related environmental permits. The Engineering Department developed the construction program and provided site engineering, which allowed to make the required adjustments to the details of the construction.
One of the important features of this project was that the team designated as counterpart by Golden Omega, was embedded in the offices of Pares&Alvarez, in order to facilitate and expedite the realization of the project.
