With more than 15 years in the company, Ricardo has contributed to Pares&Alvarez from different positions, starting as a process engineer, and later promoted to project manager. He is currently Operational Excellence Manager, in charge of implementing and optimising processes to maximise our company’s performance and prepare it for new challenges.

He has developed and led multidisciplinary projects at national and international level, participating from conceptual engineering to lead the programming and execution of commissioning and start-up. He has experience in process design, detail engineering, procurement, CAPEX, engineering project management, personnel training and process optimisation.

He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Concepción and a diploma in Project Management in the Digital Era from the University of Los Andes. Ricardo has carried out projects between 1 MMUSD to 100 MMUSD in the areas of energy, gas, oil, chemical industry, food, mining and fire protection systems.
