Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Concepción, in his beginnings in the company she worked in the Consulting and Project Management Departments, and from 2012, she assumed the position of Manager of Administration and Finance in Pares&Alvarez, where she is responsible for the areas of Finance, Human Capital, Information Technology, Procurement and reporting to the Board of Directors, where she has been involved since 2008.
She also actively participates in the Executive Committee, M&A activities, and implementation of New Projects of the group.
In 2020, the proportion of women in organizations is 40.1%, and on boards of directors they represent only 10.5%.
